Filing a Claim

Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to file claims. For changes to your policies, please call our office staff for assistance.​

For Non-Emergency Claims:

• Call 614.488.9723 to report your claim directly to your customer service agent or;

• Call your insurance company directly using the 24 hour claim numbers listed below.

 

For Emergency Claims:

To report an emergency claim such as a serious loss involving bodily injury, substantial property damage, a serious fire, etc. please see below:

• During normal business hours please call 614.488.9723 (Mon.- Fri. 8am to 5pm) or;

• After hours call 614.488.9723 and you will be directed to our paging service and a representative will be paged to return your call, or;

• Call your insurance company direct using the 24 hour claim numbers listed below.
